Grade 10 provides a valuable opportunity for learners to discover their identities, expand their horizons, and acquire new skills. It's during the FET Phase that students interested in roles in matric should initiate the process. The transition from Grade 10 to Grade 11 is notably challenging, students who have not yet cultivated a strong work ethic, effective study methods, and time management skills must elevate their pace.

This heightened pressure is compounded by the increased demand of meeting deadlines and grappling with more complex learning materials. Beyond academics, learners also find themselves engaging in and tentatively exploring study and career options.
